Working out...and sweating the details.

Yes this year I am going to workout for a year and join a gym.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday upper-body.
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday lower-body.
Everyday I take a walk.



The details (
upper-body)

  • pushups 3-sets of 60
  • crunches 2-sets of 50
  • curls 3-sets of 13 @ 20lbs (each arm)
  • dumbell 3-sets of 13 @ 20lbs
  • 20 minute aerobic

The details (lower-body)

  • pushups 3-sets of 60
  • crunches 2-sets of 50
  • squats 3-sets of 13 @20lbs
  • complete lower body stretching
  • 20 minute aerobic

Current Height: 5'8"
Current Weight: 220lbs
